How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Puure ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How do I care for my Puure textiles?
To preserve the integrity of our natural fibers, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and using a mild, eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Puure furniture pieces come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
